Coordinating Services

The Mountain Magnolia Inn Elopement Coordinator will assist in getting all details planned and be with you the day of your ceremony to offer a helping hand and be a necessary witness to your wedding ceremony.

Officiate Services

The owner of the Mountain Magnolia Inn, Karen Nagle, is an ordained, non-denominational minister and will perform your ceremony. Karen works with each couple to create a custom celebration that is personal and fits your needs.


A professional photographer will document your event prior to, during and after the ceremony. The Elopement Package includes a 90 minutes photography session and photos sent to you promptly in a gallery.

The package also includes:

  • Bridal Bouquet and Boutonnière
  • A bottle of Sparkling Wine for toasting
  • 6” Wedding Cake with seasonal flowers and greenery
  • Breakfast each morning of your stay

Cost: $1500 plus the cost of 2 nights in the room of your choice for 2 guests*

*Elopement Plus packages are available for up to 15 total guests. The elopement coordinator can discuss and customize pricing for your added guests.


There are several dinner options in Hot Springs along with restaurant recommendations in Marshall (20 minutes), Weaverville (30 minutes), and Asheville (45 minutes).

Private dinners onsite at the Mountain Magnolia Inn available to parties of 10 or more and starting at $750.


The deposit is one night’s lodging plus a $250 non-refundable deposit that will go towards the reservation for planning and elopement services. Additional nights and services are available. Ask about a reduced rate for three or more nights.

The Mountain Magnolia Inn and Events will be re-opening her doors on June 3rd, 2021! We will be open for lodging Thursday through Monday nights in the main Inn and nightly in each of our outside cottages. We are also taking inquiries and booking events for 2021 and beyond.
