Bed and Breakfast and Events

We hope all of you are staying well during these difficult times. We have missed you!!

Beginning May 22nd, we are happily accepting lodging reservations in both the Inn, Garden House, and offsite cottages at a limited capacity. We wanted to provide you with some information about some changes and the extra efforts we are taking at Mountain Magnolia Inn to provide a space that is safe, clean, and comfortable.

Clean and Safe

We have always prided ourselves on maintaining a high level of cleanliness in our properties. For the time being, we will be allowing 24 hours between each room/rental to give the opportunity to thoroughly clean all linens and surfaces. Our staff will be sanitizing frequently used surfaces several times a day along with wearing facial coverings while inside the Inn.

Check In/Out

We hope to make efforts for social distancing easy and comfortable by offering self-check in/out during this time while always being available either in the office or via call or text with any questions or needs. An innkeeper will be in touch with you before your stay to check in and go over any special instructions.

Breakfast

We will be offering a delicious breakfast daily to guests in the main inn only. Breakfast and beverages will be served to you directly at your table (not our usual buffet) in the dining room or on our front porch. As always, we will do all we can to cater to necessary dietary restrictions.

Updated Cancellation Policy – For reservations booked for May-July

If you cancel your trip more than 14 days prior to arriving, you will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation processing fee.

If you cancel your trip within 14 days prior to arriving, we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of your deposit to use towards a future stay at the Mountain Magnolia Inn. In addition, for the rest of 2020, there will be no fee to reschedule your stay if this is an available option.

We ask all guests who are sick or have been recently exposed to someone who is sick to reschedule their stay to another date.

If you need to cancel prior to the 14-day window, we kindly ask that you accept a credit towards a future stay instead of a refund. This makes such a huge difference for a small business like ours, and we appreciate you considering.

How Can You Support our Small Business?

It is no secret that the hospitality industry has been hit hard by the Covid-19 epidemic. One way that you can help to support small businesses like ours through this time is by purchasing a gift certificate. Do you have a loved one working on the front lines, homeschooling their children, or just someone you would like to share your love of the Hot Springs and the Mountain Magnolia Inn with? Give them a gift of a vacation to look forward to when things start to return to normal.

The Mountain Magnolia Inn thanks you for visiting our page and considering a stay with us! If you have any additional questions or would like to make a reservation, contact the innkeeper.

Wishing you well!

Karen, Marion, Mary Helen, and the Mountain Magnolia family
