Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All reservations are guaranteed by a one night’s deposit, or 50% on stays of two or more days. We accept all major credit cards.   

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your arrival date, a refund of your deposit, less a $35.00 cancellation fee, will be issued.

At this time, if you cancel within 14 days or less of your arrival date, we will issue a gift certificate in the amount of your deposit to use towards a future stay at the Mountain Magnolia Inn.  Early departures will be treated like a cancellations.   

To keep our guests and staff safe, we ask that you reschedule your stay with us if you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone who is sick.  

Reservations of more than 2 rooms by an associated group may be subject to a longer cancellation period which will be established at the time of the reservation and confirmed via e-mail.

Check In Times

Check In: 3:00pm (please let us know if you’ll be arriving after 5:00pm)
Check Out: by 11:00am


At check out, you may pay for the balance of your accommodations with cash, credit card, check, or debit card.


We are a non-smoking facility and there will be a $250 charge for smoking in the rooms.


We only allow dogs in the Garden House. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture. We also require that you do not leave your dog unattended in your room unless it is in a crate. There is a $35.00 standard pet cleaning fee per pet and owners are responsible for any pet damage. Hot Springs does have a leash law. When you check in, you will be asked to sign this agreement.


Children are permitted in the Garden House, Blue Heron, Creek House and Stone Cottage. Rooms in the Inn are restricted to children age 12 and over.

Excessive Cleaning and Damage Policy

If an accommodation requires cleaning above the norm we reserve the right to apply an additional cleaning charge to cover the cost of additional housekeeping Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of the fair replacement value or necessary cleaning. Damage to linens or towels resulting from the use of body oils, makeup, shoe polish, etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

Guests Attending Functions at Other Facilities

In order to maintain availability for repeat guests on weekends, we reserve the right to limit accommodations for couples and groups attending weddings and group functions at facilities other than the Mountain Magnolia Inn. If you are attending such an event please mention this to our innkeeper.

Reservations for Activities at Other Facilities

Guests are responsible for any cancellations pertaining to an outside reservation made by our staff at their request, i.e., Hot Springs Spa, Massages at the Inn, Horseback riding, Rafting etc. You are responsible for payment if you cancel without due notice. If you are unsure about a specific cancellation policy please check with your Innkeeper.

24-hour notice or you will be charged 1/2 price.

The Mountain Magnolia Inn is open for nightly lodging, elopement, and smaller events as we move into the Fall and Winter seasons. We are also booking weddings for 2021 and beyond.
