Red Wine

Rock & Vine – Northern California Coast
A classic cabernet sauvignon which exhibits a deep garnet color with intense aromas of cedary oak, currants and black cherries.

Duckhorn Decoy – Napa
There is a beautiful balance between depth and brightness with flavors of red briar fruit accented by layers of vanilla and licorice. A rich creamy mid-palate leads to a satisfying finish.

Chateau Montelena - Napa, CA
Bright, saturated ruby-red. Deep, complex nose offers cassis, blueberry, mocha, espresso, menthol, bitter chocolate and tobacco. Densely packed and vibrant, with layered, seamless flavors of cassis, licorice and minerals. Shows an almost chocolatey ripeness yet retains outstanding verve.

Bonterra – Mendocino, Organic
Serious, smoky aromas of dark cherry and blueberries. Tart red berry fruit flavors with a lot of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg spices and notes of caramel, tobacco and earth.

Duckhorn Decoy – Napa
This appealing wine offers classic Merlot aromas of ripe plum and red cherry, with hints of caramel, white pepper and graphite. On the palate, lush red fruit layers are supported by excellent tannins and seamlessly integrated oak.

Mollydooker the Boxer – Australia
The power of the fruit is so enjoyable. It has a massive array of flavours, and awesome intensity but the thing that really finishes the wine off is the creamy layers and smooth mouth feel. It's so voluptuous. Sweet, multi layered fruit, chocolate, fresh plum - a complete flavor spectrum.

Fabre Montmayou Reserva – Argentina
Deep red color with violet tones. Very intense bouquet with red fruits like cherries and spices. Complex and well balanced with notes from the oak like vanilla and chocolate. Big on the mouth. A modern style wine, with sweet silky tannins.

Red Blends

Chateauneuf-du-Pape – France
A full deep color with the bouquet of spice and old leather, with flavor and balance of tannin, length and ripe fruit. Predominantly Grenache.


Querceto Chianti Classico – Tuscany
The 2007 vintage of Castello di Querceto Chianti Classico from Tuscany was rated 90 points by Wine Spectator. This wine is predominantly Sangiovese.


Shooting Star Zinfandel – California
This wine has aromas of raspberry and other ripe black fruit, butter, and just a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Pinot Noir

Block Nine – California
Aromas that are long and rich in ripe cherry and berry flavors. Flavorful and silky in the mouth with good body, this wine is seductive showing wild cherries and a hint of sandalwood to complete its complex finish.

Meiomi – Coastal California
A rich garnet color with a ruby edge, the wine opens to aromas of bright strawberry and jammy fruit, mocha, and vanilla, along with toasty oak notes. The well-integrated oak provides structure and depth seldom seen in Pinot Noir.

White Wine

This Pinot Grigio possesses honeyed, lemony, ripe apple and assorted tropical fruit aromas and flavors and is a smooth, medium bodied, fresh, and well-balanced wine.

Kim Crawford Unoaked Chardonnay-New Zealand
If you like you Chardonnay with true expression of fruit then this is the one to love! This wine does not hide behind any oak. It's a crisp wine that tastes of the succulence and freshness of the grape.

Lohr Riverstone Oaked Chardonnay-Central Coast California
This moderately oaked Chardonnay has an attractive pale strawyellow color. The aromas are of nectarine, pear and apple, combined with a perfumed roasted hazelnut and butterscotch bouquet from the barrel fermentation and sur lie aging. The flavors are very soft.

Clean Slate – Germany
In this dry riesling the fresh, balanced taste of clean slate Is achieved by carefully selecting grapes from vineyards throughout the Mosel. The steep blue slopes of the Lower Mosel give the wine its minerality while the Middle Mosel provides a hint of spice to complement the characteristic fresh peach flavors of the Upper Mosel.

Two Princes – Germany
The moderate sweetness and fruity characteristics of Two Princes Riesling are balanced by both vibrant acidity and pleasant minerality that allows for easy pairing with a wide range of meals.

Decugnano dei Barbi - Orvieto, Italy
This is a white Italian blend of 5 different wines. It is a fresh wine, fine on the palate, harmonic, ideal served with every day dishes.

Biltmore – Asheville
Very fruity yet crisp, this win offers a refreshing balance of sweetness and acidity.

Upper Cut – California
Full, vibrant nose, tangerine, lemon, lime, chiffon, pear, magnolia, and kiwi. This is a Sauvignon Blanc that is both light and delicate and has some weight behind it.

Pascal Jolivet- Loire, France
Pale and vibrant in color. Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is fresh, clean and screaming with racy acidity. On the palate it is fresh and tightly wound; acidity is tempered by very subtle residual sugar; very clean; alive, racy, youthful. Overall, a dry and elegant wine.

Chateau du Montfort – France
Chenin blanc from the Loire Valley with abundant fruit and honey flavors bound together with the right balance of sweetness and acidity.

Amarte Mas- Rias Spain
Light, bright yellow. Ripe citrus fruits, quince and dusty minerals on the nose. Aeration brings up a floral nuance that carries onto the palate, which offers juicy pear and orange flavors and a touch of fennel. Silky and focused on the persistent finish, with the pear and orange notes repeating. Shows the richness of this vintage to good effect.

Sparkling Wine

Riondo Prosecco – Veneto, Italy
On the palate it’s only lightly sparkling, “frizzante.” Crisp apple and light citrus flavors with near perfect acidity makes this a pleasant sipper. 90 Pts. Wine Spectator.

Saint Hillaire Limoux Blanc de Blanc Brut – St. Hillaire, France, Organic
More than a century before champagne, the Benedictine monks of the Abbey of St. Hillaire in the Southern foothills created France’s first sparkling wine. 89 pts.

Piper Sonoma Brut – Sonoma, California
This Brut is crisp and bright, opening with light yeast character, berry-apple fruit and faint vanilla. The wine has a creamy texture and exhibits subtle flavors of its classic grape varietals, with a lingering finish of citrus, berry and light toast.
