Large and mid-sized weddings with 40 to 150 guests are hosted at the Mountain Magnolia in-season from April through October on weekends and weekdays.
Lodging
On weekends we have a two night lodging minimum and breakfast is included daily for guests of the inn. We have a wide range of accommodations ranging from individual rooms to suites and a 3 bedroom cottage.
Coordinating Services
The Mountain Magnolia Inn Wedding Coordinator will assist in planning the details of your wedding at the Inn including: lodging advice for guests; schedule for the weekend; menu and beverage planning; vendor selection; set-up for your wedding day etc. The wedding coordinator will be on location the days of your event to help with the details and management of the event.
Ceremonies
Most often held under the 150 year old walnut tree which provides a beautiful, shady setting for the wedding party and guests. Following the ceremony there typically is a social hour to provide time for photos while your guests enjoy a beverage and hors d'ouevres.
Receptions
Tented events with food service either buffet style or served plated with catering and beverages by Executive Chef Chris Brown and his team. Service is provided by our head server and experienced team. Music and dancing after the meal is on the terrace with its artful tenting cover or in the main tent if you prefer. We welcome your choice of entertainment.

Availability and Cost
We are full for 2012 for large weddings and are booking for 2013. Our facility fee is based on the number of guests and ranges from $1250 to $2750 on the weekends. The food and beverage minimum for a weekend event is $4000-5000 plus tax and gratuity depending on the time of year. We do offer reduced pricing options for mid-week weddings.
