Mountain Magnolia is widely recognized as providing an exceptional fine dining experience whether it's a romantic dinner for 2, a rehearsal dinner or reception for 150 people.
Executive Chef Andrew Pratt leads our dining team. We are committed to using locally grown foods as much as possible and to making everything we serve from scratch in our own kitchen. Andrew has a degree from the New England Culinary Institute which he obtained in 1996. He has served as Executive Chef at several top restaurants primarily in Chicago. Being raised in a military family Andrew has traveled extensively and has an appreciation for a variety of global culinary styles. He has served as a Chef Instructor at the New England Culinary Institute and AB Tech in Asheville. We are sure you will find both the presentation and taste to be exceptional
Rhiannon Osbourne, our head server, has a seasoned team of servers who continuously get rave reviews for their exceptional service. Rehearsal dinners are often a part of the services we provide. These can be a formal sit-down meal served in the dining room and the porch or a more casual barbeque with Andrew preparing kabobs.
Receptions of up to 40 people can be served in the Inn and larger groups are served on the grounds in a large party tent and a food service tent. Typical menus and pricing can be seen by visiting our Wedding Menus.
The Inn has wine, beer and special event licenses and typically will provide one or more bartenders as part of our service. We have an extensive wine and beer list and can order any special requirements.
