Payment:
We require a credit card to hold your reservation. At check out you may pay for your accommodations with cash, credit card, check, or debit card.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking facility and there will be a $250 dollar charge for smoking in the rooms.

Pets:
We only allow dogs in the Garden House, Bird's Nest, and Cliffside. Only one dog per unit. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture. We also ask that you do not leave pets unattended in your room unless they are in a crate. There will be a $30.00 cleaning fee and owners are responsible for any pet damage. Hot springs does have a leash law.

Children:
Children are permitted in the Garden House, Cliffside, Bird's Nest, and Hideaway. Rooms in the Inn are restricted to children 12 and over.

Outside Functions:
In order to maintain availability for repeat guests on weekends, we reserve the right to limit accommodations for couples and groups attending weddings and group functions at facilities other than the Mountain Magnolia Inn. If you are attending such an event please mention this to our innkeeper.

Outside Reservations:
Customers are responsible for any cancellations pertaining to an outside reservation made by our staff i.e. spa, massage, horseback rides, rafting etc. If you are unsure about their cancellation policy please ask your innkeeper.

Spa- 24 hour cancellation notice on soaks and massage or you will be charged the full amount.

Sandy Bottom trail rides -24 hour notice or you will be charged 1/2 price.
