Mountain Magnolia Inn is a full service country inn located just 35 miles north of Asheville in Hot Springs, North Carolina. The Inn was the estate of James H. Rumbough and his wife Carie who owned and operated the 350 room Mountain Park Hotel where the Hot Springs Spa is now located. The Inn itself has 5 individual guest rooms and a 2 bedroom suite; we also have a guest house "the Garden House" which has 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen; and Fowler’s Bend which has 2 suites and a small one bedroom unit.
