The mountains are beautiful in November and there’s a fall chill in the air making the warmth of our fireplaces all the more inviting. Join us for a fantastic Thanksgiving Mountain Harvest Dinner. We will have seatings from 1PM – 6PM.

The Inn is decorated for Christmas by early December with garland, wreaths and poinsettias abound. A locally grown 12 foot Frazier fir occupies the bay window in the parlor and is adorned with Victorian ornaments. Many guests visit the Biltmore and their marvelous Christmas displays. The Town's Christmas Parade is December 10th and fun and festive.

The New Years Celebration is a tradition here at the Inn . We have a two night minimum stay on December 30th & 31st.  There will be a special dinner menu New Year’s Eve, with extended dining hours from 6:00-9:30pm, followed by dancing in the small parlor by fireside and a low key midnight celebration. This makes for a great welcoming of the new year. There is a $50.00 per couple charge for entertainment, a champagne toast, party favors and an expanded breakfast offering New Years day. Please be sure to call ahead for reservations.

Valentine’s is particularly romantic at the Mountain Magnolia. The elegance of an 1868 Victorian Mansion, cozy fires ablaze and wonderful mountain views is a perfect setting. Enjoy your selections from our Special Menu offered 2/14, 2/15 and 2/16 in our dining room or parlor, by fireside and accompanied by romantic live music to top off a special day. To make your stay even more special add a soak at the hot mineral spa, roses & champagne in your room or by your table.
