Valentine's is wonderfully romantic at the Mountain Magnolia. The elegance of an 1868 Victorian Mansion, cozy fires ablaze and wonderful mountain views is a perfect setting. In 2017, Valentines falls on Tuesday the 14th of February so we are celebrating on both the weekend before (the 10th and 11th) and the weekend after (the 17th and 18th) plus Tuesday the 14th.
We have a special package both weekends which includes 2 nights in the room of your choice (10% is deducted from the room for a 2-night stay), a 4-course dinner for two one night. There will be live entertainment on Saturday night and you are sure to enjoy your selections from our Special Menu.
The 4th of July is a favorite tradition in Hot Springs usually celebrated on the Saturday after the 4th; in 2013, that puts it on the 6th. The town will be bustling with yard sales and merchants will have displays and sales. At dark, there will be a fireworks display at the large lawn in front of the Hot Springs Spa and Resort. Literally hundreds of people usually come to observe. At the Inn, the majority of the fireworks can be seen from the porch so there's always a crowd of diners and watchers there to take it in. Chef Zeb McDermott always has a special menu – so come over and dine or spend the weekend.
